  • Situated on the northeastern side of Kiawah Island, this home is located in the Vanderhorst Plantation, a prestigious gated neighborhood that exudes elegance and exclusivity. It is home to some of the island's most magnificent homes, featuring architectural brilliance and impeccable landscaping. Golf enthusiasts know that Vanderhorst Plantation is where the renowned Ocean Course can be found.

  • This is a two-story home and all levels are accessible via stairs.

  • The primary suite sits on the first floor, along with another king bedroom. A junior suite sits above the garage and off the kitchen, accessible by a short flight of stairs. Two additional bedrooms are located on the second floor.

  • The swimmable beach is an eight- to ten-minute walk from this home via a beach path to Pier #38.

  • Please note that there is ongoing construction next to the property. Some construction noise will impact your stay and views at this home. Please contact your Care team for additional information.

  • Motorcycles, trailers, golf carts, travel trailers, and Jet Skis are prohibited on Kiawah Island.

  • March through June and September through November are the busiest times of year for golf on Kiawah Island and tee times book out far in advance. If you are traveling during those times, please connect with our property management team as soon as possible to ensure you have the best options for availability on the Kiawah golf courses.

Additional Information:

  • Cancellation policy: The Standard Cancellation Policy of our property management firm applies for this property. Please note the Peak Reservation policy applies for Christmas and New Year's weeks and certain other travel dates.

  • Maximum occupancy: Ideally suited for 10 guests. Up to two additional guests are permitted at the rate of $50 per guest per night. Additional guests are accommodated on a queen sleeper sofa in the junior suite over the garage.

  • Pet policy: No pets allowed.

“Great House! Clean and well maintained! We have been vacationing in Kiawah for over 40 years! We have rented many homes through the years! This house is in a great location! Not too far from everything! The overall house is large! The bedrooms were very spacious! Kitchen accommodates all your needs! Additional refrigerator in garage is a welcomed bonus with a large family! The wagon in the garage came in handy. Canopy in the garage was nice to set-up on patio for some afternoon shade. Patio area and pool were some of the nicest we have experienced. Plenty of patio furniture for ample seating! Definitely a home we will consider renting again!”
